We successfully launched our BridgingBrains website, and we are grateful to Honourable Member of Parliament Mr. Tahir Ali for attending and supporting the inaugural ceremony on 3rd May 2025.
26th Jan- Arts and craft session where we made days of the weeks under amazing guidance by Suresh Upadhyayulu.
19th Jan- Dance workshop lead by Mira Mahesh, a wonderful session where Mira has showed how dance can be used to help to improve focus, build strength and relaxing.
29th Dec we have celebrated an important milestone 21st birthday for Mr. K With friends and families. We had a great party with games for the children and adults after having an excellent lunch followed by cake cutting.
24th Nov We had Hands and Hearts workshop with Tusheeta David, an established Jewellery designer maker known for her innovative use of materials and sustainable practices. All of the children thoroughly enjoyed making baubles, and the day was a huge success.
Oct 20th and 27th Bridging Brains Arts and Crafts Christmas project.Another amazing project for the children to get the festive spirit. The children are involved in various arts and crafts including making Christmas tree and Greeting cards.
Bridging Brains was proud to have participated in Birmingham Awards for startups and we were selected as one of the finalists.
15th Sep Drumming therapy by Mahendra Patel.A fantastic opportunity for the children to get engaged in music and a great opportunity for the children to learn following instructions and enjoy the music.
Sep 22nd Bridging Brain Expert talks Time for the parents to listen from the Expert Talks, We had excellent speech from Dr Hanna Dennis CEO of HRD Consultancy ltd on “Interactive session about behaviour management of neurodivergent children” followed by Dr Vaddhireddy – Certified lifestyle medicine Physician & NLP coach and Dr. Raghunath Pabbineedi – Specialist in rehabilitation medicine on “meditation, lifestyle and well being” .
1st Sep- Community service by special needs individuals by organising litter picking programme in cannon hill park, Birmingham, giving the opportunity to help the community.
July to August – Outdoor trips to enjoy the beautiful summer days and to explore Birmingham city centre with canal boat rides, walking in Trentahm gardens monkey forest and outdoor picnic.
June 23rd Badminton for Children and young people.A fantastic opportunity for everyone to get some physical activity hosted by Sathish Muthukalyani, a sports enthusiast, and his daughter Kavya Sathish, who has won gold medals in national badminton championships.
6th June- Clay modelling session- A wonderful session by Suresh Upadhyayulu, where an opportunity to flourish the fine motor skills and bring out the creativity of special needs individuals.
12th May- Celebration of “International plant day” by doing gardening activity- A session full of sensory activities related to gardening, understanding of nature and learning how sensory needs can used to create new gardening skills .
17th March- Arts and crafts sessions where the opportunity was given to improve their fine motor skills, artistic imagination and make wonderful easter crafts.
